Suggested Use
Take 1 tsp. (4 grams) per 100 lbs. of body weight twice a day. Dissolve a measured dose of SuperSulfur Crystals™ in approximately 8 oz. of warm pure water. Take alone away from other supplements or meals by a half hour or more.
If cleansing reactions or headaches result, they may indicate a rapid detoxification process. Reduce the dosage amount by 50%, but continue with it twice a day until symptoms go away. Then slowly increase again to normal amounts.

Why is it Recommended to Take SuperSulfur Alone in Warm Water?
Because the sulfur crystals are very attracted to the toxic chemicals like solvents and drug residues in our blood. These are usually very difficult to remove unless Sulfur binds to them. Then, these chemicals and poisons are made easy for our body to get rid of. This happens through Phase II pathways of detoxification in the Liver. This hook up takes place with some normal in again, go at ½ the dose vitamins and nutrients as well. Although this does not make a poison or toxin, we want the sulfur to be present for its unique project of “cleaning up” our blood and organ systems
What are the Potential Side Effects of Using SuperSulfur?
When dosed and used as directed, very few. Everybody is different is many ways, so sometimes the dose has to be divided and the amount lessened for a few days until a body is more used to it.
The uncomfortable effects may include headaches or dry mouth, sometimes a queasy stomach. If problems like this occur, stop use for a day, drink more clean water and when starting again go half the amount. Some comment that if the dose is before bed, they are wakeful from more intense dreams. If that is not desired, take the evening dose before the dinnertime meal.
Are Sulfa Drug Allergies Aggravated by SuperSulfur
Usually not, but as mentioned, everyone is different, so start your use of this by taking your pulse rate (at the side of your throat) with no major meal or stress events then. Next, take a small amount, say a pencil eraser sized dab. Swish around in your mouth for a minute, then take your pulse again. Write it down. Then in ten minutes, take pulse rate again but no more sulfur. Finally, at 30 minutes later, take your pulse again. These numbers will normally fluctuate, but if all four are climbing and the end result is a 10 point or more raise, you might have a sensitivity and should not take the sulfur as we direct it here. This is rare so document this and just send it back for a refund, or use it more gradually
What Supplements Work Well with SuperSulfur?
Sulfur amino acids are needed for building and repairing protein, so cosmetic and muscle building projects involving proteins, collagen and amino acids are heled, and circulation problems needing more and better oxygen movements respond well. Why not Just Take MSM Capsules?
