Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit words, Ayur, “life” and Veda, “science,” and means “the science of life.” Ayurveda is the 5,000-year-old science of living in harmony with the Universe — harmony with both other people and our environment. To understand harmony, we must know who and where we are in relation to others. Harmony, or balance, is the basic concept at the heart of Ayurveda.

Benfotiamine & Diabetic Concerns

When treating diabetes, today’s doctors focus on establishing blood glucose control, but often overlook the need to protect against common diabetic complications such as blindness, stroke, endothelial dysfunction, and loss of limb. Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy (nHRT) uses bio-identical human hormones or plant precursors to help restore optimal hormone levels for one’s age and stage of life. This supplementation is done to gain the proven benefits that these optimal hormone levels provide to the body. Hormones are natural messengers that affect thousands of normal health functions in tiny amounts. You can understand that they would be harmful if they are present in excess, at the wrong time, or in a form that is difficult for the body to use.

Coconut Oil for Weight Loss & More

I have discussed the many toxic effects of unsaturated oils, and I have frequently mentioned that coconut oil doesn’t have those toxic effects, though it does contain a small amount of the unsaturated oils. Many people have asked me to write something on coconut oil. I thought I might write a small book on it, but I realize that there are no suitable channels for distributing such a book. If the seed-oil industry can eliminate major corporate food products that have used coconut oil for a hundred years, they certainly have the power to prevent dealers from selling a book that would affect their market more seriously. For the present, I will just outline some of the virtues of coconut oil.
