Morning Sickness
Some Natural Options

The following tips and techniques can help alleviate
the morning sickness often experienced by women in the early months
of pregnancy.
-
Progesterone cream: 10 percent, 100 mg
topically twice per day.

Kelp tablets: one a day in the morning.
-
1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar and 1 Tbsp. honey in
hot water.
-
White flower balm on Pericardium 6.
-
Small frequent meals.
-
Soda water: half a tsp. in small glass every
half hour as needed.
-
If bad late in the day, eat your main meal at
noon.
-
Reduce the intake of fats to 25-30 percent of
meals.
-
Stop smoking and avoid cigarette smoke.

Conscious relaxation with slow deep breathing.

Vitamin B6: 200 mg per day for 7 days, then
25 mg thereafter.

Vitamin C: 2,000 mg three times a day;
cut down if stools become loose.

Vitamin K: 30-100 mcg per day.

Papain: A digestive enzyme derived from
papaya.

Teas made from Catnip, Raspberry leaf, Mints,
Fennel, or Ginger.

Acupuncture.

Homeopathy (consider: Ant-t, Arg-n, Ipecac, Lyc,
Nux-v, Puls, Sepia, Sulph, Cocc, Colch).

Regular physical activity involving effort.
