A Stronger Immune System, Some Tips

Here are some ways to strengthen your immune system. These are affordable and don’t cause great pain.

Drug stores have many convenient and useful tools to treat health problems. They get pricey, however. And they are not always in easy reach for everyone.

I. General Prevention:

A. Hydrogen Peroxide:

Use a Q-tip in Hydrogen Peroxide 3%, normal drug store kind Swab in both ears and nose. Not deep, especially after being in public. Once or twice a day is enough usually.

Swish a capful of same peroxide in mouth, after brushing teeth. Continue for a couple minutes until foaming stops, spit out, rinse/brush with water. Repeat as needed.

B. Nasal Spray:

For allergy and irritated sinuses, take common saline spray. Discard contents. Replace with 1/2 colloidal Silver liquid, half Peroxide.

Add homeopathic Arnica and Rescue Remedy, about 10 drops. Carry in Cars or Office. Use as needed. At Red Lights while driving, do a couple puffs, then a gentle nose blow.

C. Olive Oil Body Lotion:

As it sounds, after showers or bathing. Gently rub a small amount of olive oil into wherever you can reach. You have permission to try any other oils, but we are told, Greek and Roman Gods really go for the Olive.

II. Recent exposures to sick people:

A. Wash Hands: When convenient, several times, even in public bathrooms.

B. Drink Water: Drink clean water and swish first mouthful around and spit out. Frequent smaller amounts, two or three swallows every half hour are much easier on your kidney and liver than the big tank fill.

C. Avoid Over Exposure: Tactfully withdraw from long conversations with ill people.

D. Manage Stress: Manage your day to ensure you are not running late, etc. Do not add stress to your life, allow
for more downtime, and smaller, easy to digest meals.

E. Prioritize Sleep: Extra sleep and no recreational drugs or drinks within a couple hours of bed time are optimal.

F. Share Knowledge: Help any sick people with this knowledge, and they might get over their ills quicker too.

G. Proper Hygiene: Extra clean hygiene around kitchen and bath if sharing space with others.
Especially if they are in contact with the public.

H. Ample Sunlight: Catch direct sun gazing in the morning or evening, reasonable,
comfortable timing. This works well with gratitude meditation.
I. Positive Attitude: Share your good attitudes with others. The mood you save might be your own.

III. LONG term Shields Up:

A. Know Yourself: know you are worth protecting.

B. Your Shield: Self awareness, Know who you are, and what you need protection from.
