An effective anti-inflammatory that enhances pain relief and protein breakdown.  A highly concentrated proteolytic enzyme preparation derived from pineapple.  Well-tolerated by most highly sensitive individuals. Contains Bromelain (2400 GDU/g);  Daily Value (DV) not established.  Other ingredients:  Microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, and gelatin capsule (gelatin and water).  Contains no milk, yeast, gluten, corn, or soy. Dosage:  Take 1 to 4 capsules three times daily between meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.  Four capsules contain 1.5 grams Bromelain.
