Quercetin, a bioflavonoid found in grapes, onions, and red wine, can have a powerful healing affect on food allergies and some types of chronic pain by helping to reduce the effects of histamine. This product is derived from blue-green algae.  It has a mild taste but does not dissolve in water. Ingredients:  Pure Quercetin powder.  A level 1/2 teaspoon contains 1000mg of Quercetin. Suggested use:  Use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 2-3 times per day between meals.  Those with sensitive stomachs should take with meals or as otherwise directed by a health care professional.  Best when taken with Bromelain and Vitamin C.
