Using Wisconsin milk, the Iso-Chill™ ultra-low
temperature filtration and drying process (not above 45
degrees) used in this product achieves the purest form of
un-denatured bioactive
whey protein available. This process retains all the
natural IgG, lactoferrin, IGF, and glycomacropeptides.
This is a superior product compared to ion-exchange
technology, which has more denatured protein and loses
lactoferrin and other small peptides.
This unflavored protein powder has a natural light
cream color and a neutral taste. It's treated with
a tiny amount of lecithin to make it easily dispersible
in liquid, so no blending is required.
Protein: >89 percent as is; 93 percent on a dry
basis. Contains less than 1 percent lactose or
fat. This product has a protein digestibility of
95, a PER of 3.2, and a BV of 104.
Directions for use: As a dietary protein
supplement, mix 1/4 cup powder into 8oz. of water or
milk. Can be mixed with favored weight-gain products
to increase protein content, or as otherwise directed by
a health care professional. One cup contains 20 grams
of low-heat whey protein, 90 percent.
