Tryptophan, 5-Hydroxy (5-HTP) from an herbal source.  70% of 5-HTP converts serotonin, compared to 5% of L-tryptophan.  Fights irritable depression, insomnia, anxiety, carb cravings, some compulsive behavior and obesity, PMS, and numerous other problems that may have brain serotonin deficiency as a common causal agent.
